I have been doing it for about six months. I haven't had any physical health issues related to it. It can be very mentally heavy, but I do feel like it helps.
Have you done EMDR?
My therapist wants me to start EMDR for trauma. I’m very hesitant for many reasons so I’m curious who has tried and it what you got out of it? I have a lot of physical health issues, so I’m nervous about having it causes flare ups or making me worse.
