What Does This Mean?

I got a voicemail from my doctors office and am waiting to hear back 
They said my ultrasound was incomplete, they want to check on his brain structures and “noted fluid in his pelvis” 
I’m really scared now…the ultrasound place also had my results for over a month and my office was confused why they never got them, they got them today and that’s why I’m just now hearing this…

A lot of times it’s just that baby wasn’t in a prime position for the ultrasound tech to get all the correct measurements

I had to go in again for my fourth to ‘look at his heart’. It freaked me out, but it turned out that they just couldn’t get a good look in the position he was in the first time. There was nothing wrong with his heart once they could get a good look. The ultrasound tech explained to me it was common to need to look more at structures in the baby that were perfectly fine, but the first round of pictures were confusing.

I had 3 ultrasounds for my first and now 4 for my second. They were just uncooperative and both times couldn’t get all of their heart and/or face. Don’t worry yet!

I’ve had 5 US for my son who has an abnormality behind his bladder, they’re not worried about anything and says it’s normal but I had to go back for numerous scans. First time they didn’t get his whole heart properly next it was his skull didn’t look right, he’s absolutely fine. They just need to check twice sometimes
