Can any techs tell me what these mean? Could the 5th picture be a sac?

No sac. It’s a picture of your adnexal area.

3rd image shows the tech measuring your endometrium and it’s empty but it’s thick. Not sure where you are in your cycle anyway but you wouldn’t have a sac until you were around 5 weeks pregnant.
