HELP PLEASE

Question

Hey so I have a lot of fore head acne but not much on my chin or other parts of my face but I do have some around my nose how do I get ride of it?I wash my face ever morning and night I have lotion and use ice cubes.I also have  dry spot around my nose eyebrows and chin. How can I get rid of acne and drys spots?

If you can afford it, talk to a dermatologist. I use the online Apostrophe site. I have bad hormonal acne and they prescribe oral medicine and topical medicine and I’m Crystal clear. 
You need to simplify your skincare. I use a milk cleanser in the evenings, pat dry. Use a hyaluronic acid like the Ordinary brand (Target). And then a simple moisturizer. I like the Ordinary brand because their ingredients are simple.
In the morning I use the cereVe cleanser, it’s gentle but effective. Same thing, pat dry, hyaluronic acid (adds extra moisture) and then a moisturizing SPF. I recommend Neutrogena products for SPF and make sure you use an anti breakout product. Blot with a tissue for oiliness, don’t use powder. Use cream base makeup. Do not use a ton of concealer to cover blemishes. Neutrogena makes a green compact for disguising the redness of pimples. It doesn’t cover it completely but it has added vitamins to help the pimple throughout the day. 
If you have cystic acne I recommend Hero brand patches, also from Target. They make some with microdermabrasion so they can pierce the pimple deep with medicine. Leave on overnight. Do not slather stuff on your pimples to try to make them go away… this will dry them out and you’ll get flaky and dry.
