Some women get positives around 8-9DPO, but the closer you are to your missed period/past your missed period the more likely you are to get a positive if you are pregnant

The most common days for implantation are 8-9 dpo. So I say wait until at least 10dpo to start testing

The dpo timeline is the same no matter when you ovulate.
