6 week ultrasound but spotting 🫣🌈🤞

Had my first scan yesterday as I am high risk. Measuring spot on at just over 6 weeks. Saw the heartbeat and no concerns from the EPU but I’ve been spotting lightly when wiping for about 5 days now, so anxious after a loss this year 🫣 also what’s the dark patch above the baby and sac?
