Moms of multiples, how soon did you have baby? And did you have any pre term labor? I’m 27 weeks with baby #3. My first was 39.6 my second was 37.4 both vaginal. two nights ago had severe back pain and cramping but the hospital said i wasn’t contracting. 24 hours later I get full blown labor contractions 2 mins apart, went to ER and was there for 7 hours. from the first hospital visit to now I’m still only 1cm dilated. So with no cervical change they gave me the steroid shot for baby’s lungs to be safe plus betamethasone to stop contractions which helped. Before that I had gotten 3 bags of IV fluids and Tylenol which did not help with contractions or the pain. I’m just worried pre term labor will occur. Being I’m 1cm plus it’s been hours and I can slowly feel super mild contractions coming back now. Also I never was one to have my own cervical change so how do they determine if I have baby so early if all I’m having is contractions but no cervical change ?
