Questions Regarding Implantation or Period

I’m on a 28 day cycle and on CD18 I started having breast tenderness. On CD19 my breast tenderness got progressively worse and I started spotting pinkish when I wiped and I started feeling nauseous. I only spotted on CD19 but I am now on CD21 and I still have breast tenderness and I am still nauseous. I thought that was Dodd because I have never had these symptoms this far away from AF before. I log every month and typically it’s about 7 days before AF that I will have breast tenderness and it’s never as bad as it is now. I don’t want to get my hopes up and it’s probably too soon to test but I wanted to ask for some advice. I’ve been trying now for 2 years. Please and thank you 🙏🏼
