Last week I was 1cm and 60% effaced. My midwife said she would do a sweep this week. I had my appointment this morning and I’m still only 1cm. 70% effaced though and cervix is soft. However, she said it’s still posterior and she couldn’t get in there to do a sweep 😩 I know things can change fast but I’m just feeling super discouraged right now. This is my second baby and I’m trying for a VBAC and I just want to give my body the best change possible.

Anyone else feeling similar?
