I have influenza a and my ob said I could take Sudafed or Sudafed PE but everything I look up you shouldn’t take the Sudafed PE. Also I’m 11 weeks and 3 days and most of the things I’ve read say not to take it in the first trimester. I’m freaked out because I did take one dose of the PE before I saw that it’s not recommended usually. I’ve taken one dose of the regular Sudafed also. I’m worried that I did something that could have hurt my baby. Should I just not take it at all? Idk I’m just so sick I feel horrible and the Sudafed did help.
