When it comes to condoms itd be smart to double up on birth control for a bit to be safe

I’m on the patch currently but I mean it’s all up to you really!

For me, BC made me so anxious I couldn't function. I wanted to take them but I just couldn't handle 3+ panic attacks a day so my husband and I only use condoms. You should talk to your dr, there are other options (including different brands). Something like the copper IUD might also work for you.
