So I just started a new job about a month ago. When talking about my daughter and partner the first couple times, “husband” slipped out. We’re not financially ready to have a wedding but we consider each other husband and wife. Well when id say husband, they’d all look at me shocked because they thought I was younger than my actual age and didn’t look like I’d be married let alone have a whole child lol well there was one coworker who asked about our wedding 😭 INSTEAD OF TELLING THE TRUTH THAT I WASNT LEGALLY MARRIED I MADE UP ANOTHER LIE AND SAID WE HAD A SMALL INTIMATE WEDDING IN OUR BACKYARD 😭 LIKE GIRL WHAT ?! Please stfu before more comes out 😭😭 then another coworker asked why I wear my ring on my middle finger (my partner gave me a ring a few years back) and my dumbass said it didn’t fit after I had our baby and just never went to get it refitted. Like oh lord PLEASE SHUT ME TF IP 😭😭 did I take it too far? I don’t plan on ever hanging out with these girls outside of work or anything sooo
