How do you know???

We just had our "caboose" baby last year (11/29/2021)... we agreed he was our completion.. a year later and I'm struggling.. #1 hubby never got fixed like he said he would and also, I'm starting to  think maybe there is a #5 out there for us, how did you 'know' you were done???? 
Mommas please help, I'm struggling.. 😭

I know for my mental health, my husband's and our economy that were done. Also, I'm shitty at being pregnant and my births are uncomfortably quick.
So babies are cute and I will most definitely at some point think I could have another. But I know deep down that we shouldn't. That it'll strain our family more than bring joy.

I was done at 3 but we'll hubby didn't get fixed I couldn't get my tubes tied due to covid back up and well here I am with a one week old I love so so much but I am done, I've hit the point where the thought of having sex is a massive no until my tubes get done.
