Feel like a failure

Been TTC for ten years with PCOS, I weigh 315lbs and no doctor will help me with my fertility - it’s the old “lose weight” chestnut. Nothing helps. My cousin gave birth yesterday after being with her boyfriend for less than a year, I’m so happy for her but so heartbroken for myself.. Woke up this morning to these, yet more proof of how much of a failure I am..
