I’m so confused and need opinions!

So yesterday I tested with my FMU with the Clearblue Digital a couple hours later did the FRER no lines…I was 7dpo yesterday. I tested this morning at 8dpo, FMU with clearblue Digital again and now it says not pregnant. I made a doctors appointment already for Jan 17th. I’m just curious if anyone has ever had this happen and still be pregnant? The other FRER was from 6dpo. I don’t take hormones shots, my period is due to come next Thursday.
