I'm currently suffering from food positioning after eating dominos pizza, I've done a little research online and it says it could hurt my little girl, by causing early labour, stillbirth, or miscarriage! What should I do! I'm managing to get fluid and food as it's easing off now after a couple of days but I have a tendency to ignore things and brush them off, would any of you ladies be worried if you were me?x
