Will the sleep routine stick?
My baby is only 7 weeks old and I don’t expect him to have a routine yet, but he’s sort of made his own over the last few weeks. His naps are now down to between 20 mins - 1 hour during the day (down from 2-3 hours a time only a few weeks ago) and he now cluster feeds in the evenings as if he is stocking up, then sleeps like a dream when the lights go out. He will sleep for around 5/6 hours, feed, then go back to sleep for another few hours until the morning. I know things change, regressions hit etc but from people’s experience, did their babies continue to sleep well when a routine seemed to begin developing?
