Decidual Cast?

So something just happened and idk what to do…. 
I looked it up and decidual cast came up. Anyone know what causes that or if it could be something else?? I don’t really trust google🙈

That’s just when the lining comes out all in one piece.

Normally your uterus will break up your lining before it goes out as your period. That is partly where your period cramps comes from - it is your uterus contracting to loosen the lining and break it up and push it out.
Every once in a while it may not be able to break it up and larger pieces may come out whole (and scare you). It is not unusual, and when I get this, I experience cramps from hell.
If this happens every period, you need to see your doctor.
