pregnancy acne

i’m 13w now and since the 6w i’ve starting to get a lot of acne on my face.Its more and more every week i feel.And also the new acne that appears it hurts until fully develop.

Anyone got acne while pregnant and how did u coupe with it? I heard it will go away once the baby is born and everything goes back to normal. I hate everyone told me “ omg what u have on your face “ “ are u ok” it kicks my confidence a lot honestly.
