I have gained 40-50 pounds after starting the Mirena IUD in February, and I also have a habit of binge eating. I’m only 5’1, so I would like to stay below 200 pounds. Is this a realistic and healthy goal for me? If you have a workout routine that has worked well for you, please comment it or link it below. I need all of the opinions and help that I can get. I don’t want to lose my natural curves, but I do want to stay fit.
