I'm not really concerned about this it doesn't hurt or anything but I'm just wondering what it is. It's located on my right, inner thigh and I just noticed it. I tried to pop it but nothing came out so idk, what is it??

It looks like a pimple? 
I had something similar to this on my butt cheek that was a little less red and slightly less protruding. When I grabbed it I could feel a little ball under my skin. It ended up just being a random cyst. It was there for years and then maybe after 4 years it got smaller and smaller. It’s still there now (10yrs later) but you can’t see it, I can feel a super small bump there because I know where to look. 🤷🏽‍♀️
