So to start off with, my period cramps have always been extremely painful, over the counter medications don’t usually help, my flow is very heavy for the first half of the week, they’re irregular, and I’ve mistaken a miscarriage for my regular, just slightly more harsh, period. Now, I’ve had this happen twice before, a little less than a year between, the most recent being yesterday, where my period either is coming or started, respectively, and I got extremely nauseous, and lost consciousness. both times I was making food, got extremely hot and nauseous, and saw my vision go black before i woke up on the ground. I was clammy, writhing on the floor literally out of my mind with pain, and I vomited. The pain felt like it was coming from my uterus, like a white hot and stabbing pain that was constantly coming and going. But about two weeks ago, i’m now guessing during my ovulation, i felt really bad pain in both ovaries, from one to the other over the course of a day or two I think. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
