Is it okay for your significant other to go clubbing without you?

My bf is currently out with his single guy friends at the club. I don’t know why else guys go to the club than to just look at women. And it’s funny cuz I left to go see my parents and asked if we could go out clubbing before I left, we obviously didn’t go and now he’s out with his single friends and hasn’t answered my texts/snaps but has been active on socials. I’m so sick of asking for reassurance and feeling unappreciated

The fact that he’s active on his socials but ignoring your text is a red flag. 
I know it’s going to be the unpopular opinion, but if you’re suspicious of your significant other actively cheating there’s no excuse in this world that can convince you otherwise. You’ll always overthink on certain events, and it will make you question your sanity and your worth. He might have cheated or might’ve not. If his answer can give you the peace of mind, then continue the relationship and go on like nothing happened, but if you can’t count on his veracity, then do yourself a favor and end the relationship. Once the trust is broken; It can’t be reversed whether he’s guilty or innocent.

I would base it 100% off of your partner and his friends. Trust is key for both parties.
I wouldn't care if my partner went out clubbing because:
1. His friends respect me and have told me straight up "we won't let him get into anything too bad and we've got his back" (I hang out with them too when we can get a sitter, and they genuinely like me) they treat me very well and with a lot of respect so I trust them fully. Also, they've known him since like middle school so they're tightly bonded. They thank me every time I hang out or let him hang out and they always ask me if they want him to come over (they know I'm not his keeper, and I generally don't care if he goes and have told him he doesn't need my permission, but they want to be sure it's all under good terms, everyone is on the same page, and I don't need help with the baby or just some couples time)
2. My boyfriend is the most oblivious dude ever 😂 his buddies have told me he's the best wingman because the girls will flock to him and he just assumes they're there for his buddies so he redirects them. His buddies end up scoring big becauee of that. They're all good looking dudes, but even they admit he's the most attractive and constantly getting attention. My boyfriend wants to pick up someone else eventually, but he only wants to if I'm involved and has told me such. I'm open to it and we've actively been discussing it, but I've just been too exhausted to try. 
3. He keeps in constant contact with me even if hes just at their house chilling. If he passes out or his phone is dead, his  buddies have me on discord and they keep me filled in on what's up. If he's too drunk to drive, they'll text me and let me know they're keeping him there. I tell him every time that I'd rather him be at someone's house safe than trying to get home. I feel comfortable in knowing his friends would never lie to me about what they're up to.
Set boundaries and conditions that work for you and if you feel weird or suspicious about anything, let him know that he's going to lose privileges like that. The keeping in contact is the #1 thing for me. He had one time about a year ago, before I met his friends and hung out with them, that he disappeared for 12 hours (he stayed up most of the night partying with buddies then passed out on his friend's couch. The problem was that he told me he was coming home then I hear nothing for 12 hours so I got freaked out. That's also when his buddies and I exchanged contact info so it wouldnt happen again) and I told him straight up if you go anywhere there is absolutely no disappearing. I told him that one time, and never had that problem again because he knows I don't want to micromanage him, I just worry.

Who says that people go clubbing for that purpose only? I go to clubs with my girlfriends to drink and dance like maniacs. I’m in a relationship and I have never gone to a club for the purpose of hooking up.
