Adding to this: you could wear a mask around them. I’ve done it and it’s a bit inconvenient, but my baby has never caught anything from me and I was EBF. Good luck, mama.

This might be an add-on question since I’m not sure how it works… Isn’t breastmilk good for the baby to get the antibodies mama makes whenever she is ill? Is there a time lag or would the antibodies be present right away?￼￼￼ Need a scientist to weigh in!￼
