I am confused and wondering if anyone knows what the hcg levels mean? I tested positive at home pregnancy test on same day I was suppose to have my period. It was faint. My blood hcg levels on 11-25-22 was 66.3 and 5 days later on 11-30-22 they were 669, according to articles online it could mean either multiple babies or early signs I will have a miscarriage. This is my first pregnancy. I know the levels are suppose to double every 48 hours but even doing the math it would have been less than 550. Does anyone have past experience with their levels doing this or an insight to help me try to understand? Articles online are all over the place and my ultrasound is not until 12-29-22 which I will be about 9 weeks at the time. I do know they said they are keeping an eye on my blood pressure to make sure I don’t get preeclampsia because it has been high. And they are checking me for gestational diabetes as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
