My 5 year old walked in on us…

This morning my husband and I were enjoying some foreplay and next thing we know my 5 year old is at the door. He had just woken up to go pee and he just walked away. He hasn’t said anything since. Neither have we. What do we do?!?! We’re mortified and I feel like I have ruined my kid.
