TMI On September 26 , I had my baby boy via c section so I’m not sure when I had my first period again after having the baby and On November 1 at my 4 week postpartum appointment I got the depo shot never been on it first time ever on November 14 I started spotting here and their and sometimes I wouldn’t have any bleeding well 3 days ago I got gallbladder surgery and my “ period “ has been very heavy and today whenever I wiped I noticed this not sure what to think of it .. ? Any suggestions
