Please help

Has anyone else had sex, had a period after and then after that had nothing, and still had negative tests at 13 weeks, but we’re still pregnant? I’m constantly nauseas, having twinges, but last I had sex was September and then a period in October and since then nothing, I’m getting lower back aches and every day feel nauseas🤷🏼‍♀️
