How many times have your kids had Covid?

Are you concerned about what sort of long-term impacts might come out of repeat infections? I read the recent news about mono infection being associated with later multiple sclerosis so I wonder if anything like that will come from Covid. Impossible to know.

We’ve never had it that I know of. But I am concerned about the long term effects and worry for children who’ve had it multiple times.

I recall seeing a study finding a correlation between Covid and diabetes in kids. Viruses are nasty. Even if they don’t feel horrible during initial infection, later some of them can cause problems. I’m at an age where a lot of my peers are experiencing shingles for the first time because we all had chicken pox before that vaccine was around.
But my kids have only had Covid once so far. Or if we had it again we were all asymptomatic.

We have never had it in our house. We stayed home during 2020. My son did school online and we wore masks if we went anywhere that was indoors. We didn’t have a single cold or sniffle until the end of 2021 when my son had been back in school in-person. But we all got vaccinated and our kids have had a couple colds but tested negative for COVID.

We've had covid twice, it only lasted a few days.  We've had Influenza A since a few days before Christmas & it's kicking my households asses 🤦‍♀️

One kid of 4 tested positive.whiley husband and I had it. We had the others tested 2 times after that and negative each time.

I'm more concerned about the long term affects of the covid vaccine than covid itself... personally. X
