Idk what to do😭

So last Wednesday I went in for my ob appointment, I was 38 weeks and 2 days. My ob told me I was 2 cm dilated and she did a membrane sweep. I had cramping the first few hours then it went away. 2 days after the membrane sweep I started to see blood in my discharge and now I have been having cramping which is like a bad period. The past 2 days the pain was bearable but I have been up all night in pain. Im scared of going to Labor and delivery, because I’m not sure if I’m having contractions or not.

Should I go in, I’m still having blood with yellow think discharge. I tried timing to see if they are contractions but the pain doesn’t go away, it’s constant.
