Caffeine in early pregnancy?

What’s your take on sugar free energy drink around 5 weeks? Has anyone noticed any harm to the baby or a drink a day is fine?

I wouldn't. It's not the caffeine in energy drinks it's all the other crap they put in them. Outside of pregnant I drink an energy drink daily so it sucks giving them up for 9 months. Just try to drink coffee for the time being that's what I'm doing even though I'm not a huge fan lol. You can safely have 200mg of Caffeine a day. There is less than that in an energy drink but like I said it's all the other stuff in them
