Which is better in your opinion depo shot, the pill, iud? I'd like to know before I make a choice on which one I want. Thanks ladies 👍🏻😊

All forms of BC are great. It just varies on how your body responds to the hormones within the BC itself. I had the Mirena IUD for 4 1/2 years and didn't have any problems with it at all. I loved how I didn't have to worry about taking a pill or making sure I had to work around my schedule to make an appt(s). In the end, you should just do a little bit of research and get something that works with your lifestyle. 🙂

I would do the iud. Sometimes u can forget to take the pill. And depo I mean it's better than taking a pill. But u can gain weight or lose weight with no control of it.
