This is hard for me to post. Thank you in advance.

I had a breast ultrasound 3 years ago for ongoing fibro cystic breasts, so I don't want to bug my gp unless it's warranted. Also I'm in therapy for ocd/hypochondria.

32, f, caucasian, Canada. No female family history of cancer. Grandfather and uncle esophageal cancer.

I just noticed this today. It feels very lightly raised. It is a slightly darker speckled spot on my areola.

Should I investigate further or wait and see?
