First trimester tired

Lex • Mon, Dec 12 • A mom of soon to be two under 2. My son was born Sept 2021 and my rainbow baby is due August 2023. My life is so full as a mom and I can’t wait for my new addition.

How is everyone fighting being tired in the first trimester? I have a 1 year old and I’m starting to feel too tired to play with him constantly. Willing to try anything to help
