TTC tips and kind words ?
Got my period today after feeling so confident this time was it. Felt the exact same as I did before I miscarried in July. Got so excited I even thought I saw a line. I’m really trying to implement habits that can help me conceive so if anybody has any tips please leave them below. These are the things I already do just so they aren’t mentioned twice.
- no smoking/ drinking
- daily exercise
- plenty of water
- plenty of sleep
- ovulation tracking ( pre mom )
- prenatal vitamins ( nature made daily + DHA )
- high protein breakfast to combat high cortisol levels
So if anybody knows any tips, foods to eat, best positions to make a baby or anything please drop them below cause I could use the help and I bet I’m not the only one. Sending love to anyone who currently feels as low as I do. 🤍
