Vita fusion prenatal gummy and Mercury?

I'm just confused I've been taking the vita fusion prenatal gummy and was reading the ingredients and not sure if I'm misinterpreting the label but I'm confused on why it says it contains Mercury and fish (tuna) if those are the main things were suppose to stay away from when pregnant.

It says it has been tested for mercury, meaning it shouldn't have any mercury in it.

It's saying it was a type of fish that was tested and does not have high levels of mercury it's still safe or they wouldn't sell it

I'm taking these too and my doctor knows it. I think you were just reading it differently. And you are allowed to have a small amount of certain fish. Tuna being one of them. My doctor gave me a very specific list of fish and how much I could have per week of each
