Implant removal then BD

So hey gals, I just got my implant removed last Tuesday and we BD on Saturday. Technically, they say that you have to wait seven days from your implant removal in order to be fertile? Idk if this is true ?? But Saturday I was definitely ovulating, and BD happened. Is there a chance I could be ?? Or is it too soon after implant removal (nexplanon) ? Or do I have to wait until next month cycle?
