Diet/lifestyle changes?
Hi everyone,
Is there anything you are doing differently as far as things you’re eating/avoiding, or other lifestyle changes? I feel extremely unprepared right now. I’ve given up alcohol (obviously), but I still drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning. Should I give up my coffee? I’ve spent the past year or so purging my house of lead/heavy metals for the sake of my children, but I’m not on any special diets or anything. Do certain foods help with fertility? Please share any valuable knowledge you’ve gained to refresh my memory and hopefully teach me something new! 💕
