im a 17 year old girl and im unsure if this counts as assault
my boyfriend and i have sex a lot and sometimes it's unprotected. i'm currently on birth control, but he always pulls out. today he didnt. and he didnt tell me until i asked after if he did or not. he told me it was a "heat of the moment thing" and once i became visibly upset and anxious, so did he. i dont know what to think.
