A really bad cold

Pansy • Hi I'm a mother of two little girls. Found out I'm expecting my third the day after Christmas. Excited and hoping for a boy this time.

I just found out I'm expecting. But have had a really bad cold for over a week. Extremely bad cough that hurts all the way down into my lower stomach.

What can I take to help medicine wise. I haven't been to a doc yet.
