Prenatal vitamins
Hi i am a first time pregnant. Now i am 6 weeks and i havent seen a doctor yet because i work on the ship and we always have sea days, that means i cannot go visit a doctor anytime soon. I needed to know what you can advise to me regarding some prenatal vitamins for my baby and some vitamins for me as well to keep myself healthy. Thank you
