So my period is due in 3 days but since yesterday (Monday Dec 12), I’ve been having mild cramps that comes and goes. At first I thought it was my period coming early so I wore a pad, but when I checked throughout the day I only saw dark colored specks of blood… more like brown to be exact. When I wipe after I pee, it would have a pale red color next to pink.

Today it’s the same thing, only difference is, I saw a small blood clot and when I pee, the discharge that came out is a brighter red. This was accompanied by the same mild cramps like my tummy is about to explode and then it stops. For the past 4hrs I haven’t seen anything since, so I’m basically wasting pads right now. This has never happened to me before where I experience spotting days before my period. I’d usually have pms but not with spotting.
