Insecurity and working out?
So I think I suffer a good bit from insecurity, it’s odd because I know 100% that I’m perfect and I treat myself like I am worthy because I know that I am, but I don’t FEEL that I am, if that makes sense. When I go workout, it’s like all of it goes away and I feel amazing about myself again? Is this weird or is this a common thing to happen? I don’t want to work out like crazy
