Thoughts on upspring fertility plus and vitex ??

Wanted suggestions on upspring fertility plus, vitex etc. 
Can I just take maca root instead of upsrinf fertility plus.
I have issues in ovulating and cycle is irregular. With Femara I ovulate around cd16.

Vitex helped me with my cramps and have a regular cycle. Might not work for everyone but helped me. I like maca in my oat milk but haven’t taken as a supplement, heard good things.

Do you have PCOS? Maybe try myo inositol.

Absolutely do not recommend this at all! Worse thing I ever did and landed me in hospital and no cycle for nearly a year!
