The last test is definitely positive, but it doesn’t mean you’re ovulating! A positive indicates a surge in LH, which triggers ovulation! Once you have your first positive, you’ll most likely ovulate within 12-36 hours. It is best to try to have sex at least every other day or two prior to a positive OPK, and then for 3 consecutive days (day of your positive and the two days that follow).
