We’ve been married since 2020, dating since 2018. My husband works in traveling construction for a very nice company and is home most weekends. I work in law so I’m always in the same spot, so while he’s gone I’m home alone and he’s in a hotel most of the time.

HOWEVER, when he’s been back home the past few times I’ve had the worst UTIs and I actually went and got swabbed for STDs. It came back negative but my husband is the only person I’ve been sleeping with since 2018, and I didn’t have issues with UTIs prior to about 3/4 months ago. He’s very protective of his phone so I couldn’t go that route at all. I simply waited for him leave for work on Monday, waited till last night and got a throw away text now number. He responded to the text almost immediately and I even threw in a “ guess who” and he started raffling off a bunch of female names and asked if I was from an app or a bar. At first I kept cool, told him as

“ Jade,” my decoy, that I wasn’t married and was looking for fun around the area he was in without strings. He told this decoy that he was single and hadn’t had sex in 4 months and EVEN LIED ABOUT HIS AGE, he’s 32 and told her he was 29 once she said she was 27. He then FaceTimes me ( his wife.) to call and say goodnight. I expected this it’s part of our routine when he’s away.

He is smiling and his voice is full of interest and when I text him as “Jade” he responded almost instantaneously.

He was telling me he loved me and asking about my dreams and our home as he was texting this woman about sex and her body. I’ve made an appointment to change the locks to our house and all of his stuff is curbside by 4pm today, I’ve been crying and I still have to get through work but it feels good knowing I wasn’t crazy and that I’m sure if it wasn’t a “ real” woman that there were 80 women before my decoy that he actually met up with and had sex with.
