What are your symptoms at 4 weeks and 6 days?

I'm so excited to be on this journey for the first time. I'm 38 years old and this is my first. I'm 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I am not really experiencing any symptoms, but my blood test shows the right level of hormone and of course I continued to use the strip tests too, to watch the line get darker each day.

I'm not really experiencing any symptoms and enjoying the excitement, but I was curious what others are experiencing around this time and whether symptoms will pounce on me by surprise! The only thing I've had is lower back pain which is present all the time, but I only feel it if I put any strain on it.

What are other mum's to be experiencing???
