PCOS/small follicles/ IUI

Hello!

For those of you that have done IUI or timed cycles, and found out that you were having problems with follicles maturing, once you got on the correct dose of fertility meds how many cycles before you conceived?

We have attempted to do 4 IUI, but have only actually got to do IUI one of those times. We are now up to 15mg letrozole but our last cycle was STILL cancelled as we only had one 10mm follicle, then LH surged on day 11. We are now wanting to try FSH injections as well, but I am questioning if I even want to try another IUI. I know my issue is that my follicles aren’t maturing. But I still wonder even if when that issue is fixed how many more months of that will it take.
