Why am I nauseous when I should be miscarrying?

💕

Last week at my first ultrasound I was told there is no fetal pole or heartbeat. Only a yolk sack. I believed I was 9 weeks, but the yolk sack was measuring at 7 weeks 4 days. I was feeling pregnant too so I was surprised to hear this news

It’s been a week now. My symptoms have slowed down overall it seems, but all of a sudden the last couple nights I’ve been feeling pretty nauseous. It reminds me of how it was with my daughter, I got nausea around 5 pm every night and I’m feeling this again. That’s what’s happening to me now

I haven’t spotted or bled. He said there is no way this is a viable pregnancy tho. On the ultrasound, he said he saw a sub chronic bleed building up that was 28 mm and the yolk sack was measuring too far along for no fetal pole

Has my body just not caught on I should be miscarrying? Or is there a chance?
