I have a hotel reservation for today for check in. I’ll be late arriving to the hotel today like 6am in the morning. Does that mean I still have to check out at 11am the same day or since I checked in at 6am in the morning does that mean I stay the full day and check out the next day

If you booked one night, you don't have a full day and then check out the next day.  You'd still have to check out at the designates checkout time, like five hours after you get there. They dont care what time you get there.

You paid for 1 night, so you get 1 night. You should call and tell them you’ll be that late so they have someone available to check you into your room. You can also ask about late check out, or ask if you can add another night.

You would have to talk to the hotel. I work in a hotel & we have early check-ins, but it has to be arranged. If you let them know you are arriving at 6 am & plan to stay until 11 am the next day, they may be able to work something out with you without charging you for 2 nights (likely you will still be charged extra). If you check-in at 6 am without having a conversation with them, then yes the expected check out will be 11 am.
